WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

Everywhere! I am based in London, so parcels outside of the UK will incur higher postage costs and take a little longer.

Delivery costs do not cover import taxes or duties, so watch out for these!

WHAT IS THE DELIVERY METHOD?

All items are shipped using Royal Mail, you can select to have your order tracked if you wish.

Royal Mail 1st Class: £3.95

Royal Mail 2nd Class: £3.45

Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked: £5.75

International

Royal Mail International Standard: £7.45

HOW QUICKLY ARE ITEMS DISPATCHED?

Items will normally be shipped within 1-3 business days. If I hop off on holiday I will make this clear.

Bespoke items are normally shipped within 3-5 business days. 

Christmas baubles require at least one week lead time due to the time required for the enamel to cure.

Wedding stationery is bespoke and therefore a delivery timeline will be confirmed for each brief.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?

I sure do! All items are gift wrapped as standard. One less thing for you to do.

CAN YOU ADD A GIFT NOTE FOR ME IF I AM SENDING TO A FRIEND?

Sure - just add a note at checkout and I will make sure to include it. If you forget, just drop me a line!

IS YOUR PACKAGING ECO-FRIENDLY?

It’s not perfect but sustainability is a huge consideration for me! All my boxes, envelopes and tape can be recycled as card/paper.

The cotton string will biodegrade in a compost heap.

The little void peanuts I use to package baubles will biodegrade - don't fret, it is not polystyrene! It will also dissolve in water, so it makes a great sensory activity for kids.

The wadding used for baubles is recycled denim.

The wax seals are natural and not plastic.

WHAT PAPER DO YOU USE FOR YOUR PRINTS?

My lettering prints are usually printed on super lovely white 310gsm Hahnemühle German etching paper. It has a fine surface texture and it's a great weight for prints.

My lino cuts are printed on heavyweight G F Smith paper.

HOW ARE PRINTS SHIPPED?

A4 prints are shipped flat, anything bigger than this will be sent in a tube to keep it safe.
